At the last meeting of the UECT Steering Committee at the end of October 2018, the application for membership of the UECT of the Association For Sport (AFS) of Bosnia-Herzegovina was submitted, the delegates of the UECT member federations gave their agreement in principle for this membership which will be validated at the next General Assembly UECT in March 2019.
The Association For Sport (AFS) of Bosnia - Herzegovina wishes to develop itself in the field of cycling tourism and to become a reference in its country and that is why its leaders wish to acquire this notoriety through the intermediary of the UECT through its know-how in particular in the organization of cycling tourism stays and youth supervision.
The UECT went to the AFS headquarters in Banja Luka to meet with the leaders to present the statutes, its organisations, to study the possibilities of future organisations in Bosnia-Herzegovina and to sign an accession protocol.
