The campsite:
Location and capacities : the UECT federal campsite will be organised in the city into 6 distinct zones, as follows : :

- 4 areas motorhomes and caravans : football sports complex (grass) - shaded car park municipal swimming pool (Portuguese paving stones) - Marcahado pitch near swimming pool (grass) with a total capacity of 265 pitches and 199 electrical connections.
- 1 area tents : primary school near swimming pool (grassy ground and clay) with a total capacity of 54 pitches and 22 electrical connections.

Given the logistical constraints, it will not be possible to make cohabit :

motorhomes – caravans with electrical connections and motorhomes – caravans without electrical connections.
the motorhomes and caravans with tents.
For owners of electrically-assisted bicycles, batteries can be recharged (at a charge) at a single fixed point on the school premises.

Excursions :
A tourist programme in the Trás-os-Montes area is proposed, see the programme it will allow you to discover a natural and historical environment.
Excursions reservations are made exclusively in advance via the electronic registration form.

Meals :
Breakfasts and dinners (reservations required) will take place from Saturday 29 June to Saturday 6 July 2024 in the restaurant area of the school building. There is no limit to the number of people who can be booked.
The closing dinner/gala will take place on Friday 5 July 2024 in the Hotel/Restaurant - Aguiar da Pena - Vila Pouca de Aguiar. A maximum of 250 people has been booked.
Meal reservations are made exclusively in advance via the electronic registration form.

Road bike routes:

It is planned (01/06/2024) :

A 72 km discovery roads on saturday an a 67 km route on sunday with a gradient accessible to all trained cyclists
From Monday to Friday, a choice of 3 roads each day with varying distances, short 30/45 km - medium 56/74 km - long 91/119 km with varying degrees of difficulty depending on the distance, but accessible to all trained cyclists
We will be in a small mountain region, the courses on asphalt roads will have an altitude between 187 m and 1096 m, plan gears adapted to the ambitions of each one.

Update on 1st June 2024

Selon l'article 5 des statuts :

5.1	Peuvent devenir membres de l'UECT les groupements d'associations ou les fédérations, qui se vouent aux buts définis par les présents statuts qui ont leur siège en Europe.
5.2	Peuvent devenir membres, en priorité, les fédérations se dévouant exclusivement au cyclotourisme.
5.3	Peuvent devenir membres, des fédérations ou des associations mixtes ayant une section cyclotourisme, s'il n'y a pas de fédération de cyclotourisme créée dans leur pays.
5.4	La qualité de membre selon les paragraphes 1, 2 et 3 exige une demande d'adhésion écrite préalable. L'Assemblée Générale décide de cette demande après examen du Comité Directeur.
5.5	La qualité de membre de l'UECT se perd : - Lors de la dissolution juridique de la structure membre. - Par déclaration de retrait à présenter au président; elle ne peut être effective que pour la fin de l'année civile. De plus elle doit parvenir au président au plus tard 30 jours avant l'assemblée générale annuelle. - Par radiation prononcée dans les conditions fixées par le règlement intérieur pour non-paiement des cotisations ou tout motif grave comme le non-respect des buts de l'UECT. La radiation est décidée par l'Assemblée Générale.
