at Prayssac (France) from 05 to 12 July 2025

Closing date for registration and payment 08 June 2025, but the number of participants who can be accommodated in good conditions has been set at 2 500 persons , Once this quota has been reached, registrations will be closed.

ACCOMODATION :

== > The UECT federal campsite :

Situation and capacities : a federal UECT campsite ephemeral in 6 separate spaces for motorhomes/caravans and canvas tents, it will not be possible to cohabit motorhomes / caravans and canvas tents.

• 5 motorhome/caravan zones with a total capacity of 500 pitches are planned within the city walls and on the outskirts of the city (mostly on grassy meadows, with a few pitches on gravel or tarmac).
• 1 canvas tents camping zone with a capacity of 50 pitches is planned within the Sports Complex (grassy ground).- canvas tents camping COMPLETE
• The local organisers have not retained the possibility of individual electrical connections (for which a charge is made), a decision taken by the local council.
• For owners of electric bikes, the (paying and by prior reservation via the registration form) recharge of the batteries will be possible at a single fixed point within the Sports Complex, an installation with 300 sockets is planned.

EXCURSIONS

For accompanying persons, the program of visits will be focused exclusively on tourist sites with the accompaniment of French and English speaking guides
Excursion reservations are only made in advance via the electronic registration form.

WALKING TOURS :

Walking tours day hikes will be organized by the local Tourist Office
Registrations (mandatory) but in limited numbers, will not be done via the UECT electronic registration form, but on site at the Permanence the day before the hike.

MEALS :

Breakfasts (on reservation) for a maximum of 170 people each day, will be taken from Saturday 05 to Saturday 12 July 2025 in the restaurant area of the Sports Complex.
Dinners (by prior arrangement) for a maximum of 200 people each day, will be served from Saturday 05 to Thursday 10 July 2025 in various squares in Prayssac.
The closing meal/gala (reservations required) for a maximum of 300 people will take place on Friday 11 July 2025 in the restaurant area of the Sports Complex.
Reservations for the various meals can only be made in advance using the electronic registration form, and cannot be made on site.

ENTERTAINMENT :

From Saturday 05 to Friday 11 July 2025, each evening in a square in the town of Prayssac.

ROAD BIKE ROUTES :

It is planned for 09/03/2025 :

• A 74 km discovery route on Saturday and a 65 km route on Sunday with a gradient accessible to all trained cyclists,
• From Monday to Friday, a choice of 3 routes each day with varying distances: short 52/63 km - medium 75/84 km - long 110/134 km with varying degrees of difficulty depending on the distance, but accessible to all trained cyclists,
• We will be in a region of valleys and hills, the courses on asphalt roads will have an altitude between 80 m and 449 m, plan gears adapted to the ambitions of each one
